Everyone needs a certain amount of stress. It kinda helps balance things out. Good stress helps to anticipate problems. It also allows people to gain awareness and perspective. Although good stress helps you out in more ways then one many people feel more negative then positive stress. It is said that the body can only adapt to short-term stress responses. some things that trigger short-term stress are noises, crowded areas, isolation, illness, and danger.
Constant bad stress could lead to effects in the brain , weakening of the immune system, and decrease in memory.Some situations that trigger long-term stress are ongoing personal or work-related issue, loneliness, financial worries, a recent death of a loved one, a change in job, a move in a new home, and physical long-term illness. Money and work are , of course, the all time high trigger of stress.However, college students have posses the biggest pressure. The high demand to exceed in school , the financial pressure, family responsibilities, course expectations, social life, and their future is sometimes a lot for one person to endure.
