Stress and it's many different forms and healthy ways of dealing with it.

Does stress have a big impact on the body? Is stress a killer? The answer to both these questions unfortunately yes. It is said that 2 out of every 3 doctors visits are for stress related issues. The effects of stress includes some of the following chronic fatigue, digestive upsets, headaches,and back pain. Stress can affect the blood cells that help you fight off infection, so you are more likely to get colds and other diseases.Constant stress can increase blood pressure and can increase the risk for stroke.Stress makes it harder to take other steps to improve health, such as giving up smoking or making changes in diet, and many other things. This is why stress is considered very dangerous and should be handled appropriately when becoming overwhelmed with it.
